In this video, I’ll show you how I build a miniature for the tabletop racing game Gaslands!
Gaslands is a skirmish game where players control fleets of armored, weaponized cars in deadly wasteland races. In addition to being a fun game with great rules, Gaslands is quite an immersive hobby. The conversion shown here is relativly simple, but if you liked the process, check out my post Building an R/C Gaslands Car, where I build a much more complex miniature, complete with remote controls.
If you’re interested in starting out the miniature painting hobby, these cars are a great beginner miniature, because don’t have a lot of overwhelming, difficult to paint components. Also, cost can be a huge barrier for begginers, but Gaslands cars are not only easy to build from scratch, but also affordable. This build only cost me about $5!
